STAND Charm Academy
STAND Charm Academy is a youth etiquette and confidence‑building program designed to help young people develop poise, character, and strong social skills. As part of the STAND Program, Charm Academy teaches youth how to present themselves with confidence, communicate respectfully, and navigate social situations with maturity and grace.
Charm Academy supports boys and girls of all ages and launches Spring 2027.
STAND Creative Skills Academy
The STAND Creative Skills Academy teaches youth hands‑on creative trades that can grow into real income, small businesses, or future careers. This program gives teens the chance to explore their creativity, learn practical skills, and build confidence while creating products they can be proud of. From party planning to custom apparel and sneaker design, youth learn how to turn their ideas into something real.
STAND Summer Youth Employment Program: NYC & SC
We help youth secure summer jobs and employment opportunities in both New York City by helping them there working paper and South Carolina through guidance, job‑readiness training, and direct employer connections.
STAND Future Readiness (Teens)
STAND Future Readiness equips youth with the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed in school, work, and everyday life. This program helps teens explore career paths, learn job‑ready skills, understand workplace expectations, and build strong habits that prepare them for adulthood. From resume building and interview practice to financial basics and professional behavior, Future Readiness ensures every young person is prepared to step into their future with confidence and purpose.
