We prepare and connect participants to stable employment by offering hands‑on support throughout the entire hiring process. Our team assists with job searches, applications, résumé building, interview readiness, and direct employer referrals. We partner with local businesses to match individuals with positions that fit their skills, goals, and availability. After placement, we continue providing follow‑up support to ensure workplace success and long‑term retention.
We guide participants through a step‑by‑step process that prepares them for employment and connects them to real job opportunities.
