W.O.W (Women Of Worth)

Women of Worth (W.O.W.) 5‑Week Hybrid Empowerment Program

W.O.W. is a powerful 5‑week empowerment program designed to help girls and young women understand their value, build confidence, and develop the life skills needed to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Through a combination of virtual sessions and in‑person classes, participants receive consistent support, mentorship, and hands‑on learning experiences that strengthen their identity and leadership potential.

W.O.W. teaches young girls and women how to see themselves as leaders, achievers, and worthy of greatness. Each week focuses on a core theme, identity, emotional intelligence, leadership, life skills, and sisterhood, giving participants the tools they need to grow, succeed, and shine in every area of life.

This program is a cornerstone of our youth empowerment mission, as well as our women empowerment mission creating a safe, uplifting space where all young ladies and women can learn, connect, and confidently step into their future.
